Jeevan Yudh is a thoughts provoking story which reolves around Sharda, Rohit and Deva. Sharda wants to avange her husband Vasudeve's killer by an unknown evilman. Sharda's son Rohit has taken an oath, until he finds the real killer of his father he will not face her mother.

Master Vasudev gives his dying statement which is very hafty and uncertain, but with some clues to his student Dev, who is now a truck driver.

Deva brings an injured police inspector to the hospital and after admission in hospital he himself pretends as police inspector by his name and goes to Bharatpur where his guru's killer also involved in flesh trades named Gajraj Choudhary is staying. His daughter Kajal meets Rohit and falls in love with him but Rohit has only one aim in life is to search his father's killer.

Rani enters in the life of Deva who runs a Notanki along with NatKhat and she helps him out reach the devil. Before Gajraj Choudhary falls in his clutches, he plays a trick and unfortunately Deva is made the murderer of his guru under the trick. Now Rohit has only one target in his life to kill Deva.
